Sankalpa: (Resolution)
Sankalpa:
(Resolution)
Sankalpa means atma-bal or will power. In terms of the science of personality, it means the robustness of ego. It is the therapy by which the person cures themselves. In the Atharva Veda it is expressed that the individual is the best physician because he who caused the sickness shall perform the cure. It can be used for individual healing as well as group healing. By Sankalpa, the ego can be made strong, energetic and able to deal with its problems. With a strong ego there cannot be any collapse in the psychic personality. (Consist of hints from the guru)

Sandesh: (Suggestion)
With Sandesh the suggestion is given by an outside influence, guru, priest or a counselor. The guru plays a directive role in Sandesh, the individual plays the passive role of the follower or recipient. The guru is required to be Brahma-Gyani, one who knows Brahma, and who works with the energy of Brahma. The Chikitsak(guru) must be serious, truth-speaking, self controlled and attuned with nature. Thus, by their own mental energy they exert more effects on their patient. Sandesh can be used in receptors, phobia, sin, anger, attachment, curse, togetherness and nutrition.

Samvashikaran: (hypnosis)
It is a special type of suggestion that becomes very effective in the advanced stage of suggestibility. Sam Vashikaran calls for using the guru’s personality and psychic power as the main force. In this form, the intense suggestion is given by the guru to their student to relax and let themselves go. An easy example of this would be, “listen only to my voice, relax and go to sleep. After this the guru may continue with other suggestions and lead the student’s mind through the hypnosis. Samvashikaran in Atharva Veda uses mainly heightened verbal queues/suggestions to guide the student through the process.

Ritualistic Therapy: (Dharma and Demonstration)
Dharma and Demonstration in the form of rituals form a definite and purposive technique, which may be used as an additional or an independent method. It is meant to be used with the unlettered, the unsounded individuals who cannot grasp and understand their own mental process properly. Mostly it is used as an additional technique of Sandesh to educate a child as the guru has to dramatize and demonstrate, so is the case with rituals. Symbolism and dramatization cause a psychological effect to bring about positive changes in behavior. Rituals
have been used in rural areas as indigenous procedures and belief systems are better
suited in addition to modern psychotherapeutic procedures.

Ashwasan and Upchar: (Persuasion and desensitization)
In Atharva Veda, Ashvasan and Upchar are used as vital introductory practices and as an accessory to the coming remedies for negative behaviors. As therapeutic devices, Ashvasan is assurance, hope, confidence, satisfaction and Upchar is to redirect and re-educate the behavior of the individual. Both are vital preliminaries for any sort of remedies. If these preliminaries are not there and the individual is not assured, hopeful, confident and satisfied then the therapy can never be successful. It creates a will in the individual to be cured. Ashvasan removes their false belief of hopelessness and nervousness to make the ego stronger. Thus, Ashvasan and Upchar strengthen the will and the ego as well as reforming the behavior of the individual.

Sweakroikti: (Confession)
Sweakroikti is passion, it’s confession, it’s the act of admitting that you’ve done something that you are remorseful about. This service helps you to make the confession about something you’re ashamed to say out loud. I as your guru will ease your mind, body, and soul to create a safe environment for you to confess whatever one wants. Sometimes we do things or say things beyond our perception about our own selves and out of shame we keep reliving them. In our heads this can lead to low confidence, low self esteem, and doubting oneself. By confessing the suppressed act the guilt gets purged out and the ego is relieved of the burden. Outwardly, it seems very humiliating for the individual but it requires a lot of moral courage and self confidence to make a confession. After this, the traumatic trait of all suppressed matter is flushed out and the ego feels clean, unburdened, and energetic again. I as your guru will act as a guide in the process of confession…
