"Taking you beyond duality"

त्वां द्वन्द्वात् परं नीत्व
About us

“We are one consciousness”
Consciousness refers to our awareness of both our internal states (thoughts, feelings, sensations) and our external environment, essentially encompassing our subjective experience of the world around us; it’s the ability to perceive and be aware of ourselves and our surroundings, including our thoughts, memories, and emotions. In the Atharva Veda, consciousness is primarily understood as a connection to the universal self, “Atman,” and is often explored through practices aimed at harmonizing the individual psyche with the cosmic consciousness, with the mind (“manas”) being a key focus for achieving this connection through practices like meditation and spiritual development; the human body is often viewed as a “city of the Devas” (gods), representing different aspects of consciousness within oneself.

In psychology, the mind is the brain’s ability to process information and control actions in a flexible and adaptive way. This definition reflects a materialistic perspective, which views the mind as a result of the brain.
The mind is responsible for many mental phenomena, including:
consciousness, personality, cognition, awareness, emotion, belief, volition, ideas, and feelings.
The exact nature of the mind is disputed. Some say that the mind is separate from the body and is called a soul. Others argue that the rational and emotional states cannot be separated and should all be part of the mind.
The philosophy of mind is the branch of philosophy that studies the nature of the mind, mental events, mental functions, mental properties, consciousness, and their relationship to the physical body. To delve deeper into how I use these concepts in our services click below:
